Her primary responsibilities to date have included: managing Sandals Foundation’s projects & programs in 7 islands, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with non-profit organizations in the Caribbean community, corporate partners, donors and volunteers. Clarke currently resides in Jamaica with her family and, in addition to her work with the Sandals Foundation, is involved in a wide range of community activities. She sits on the board for the following organizations: Debate Mate Jamaica; C-Fish Fund; South West Coast Fish Sanctuary Alliance; Fish Sanctuaries Sub-Committee of the Fisheries Advisory Board in Jamaica, Junior Achievement Global Deaf Connection Advisory Committee and the Culloden Early Childhood Institute. She also provides counseling and mentoring for troubled teenage girls who have suffered from domestic violence. Additionally, Clarke volunteers her time regularly to local-area schools to teach environmental lessons and promote love of reading.
