Established in 1986, the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Education Foundation (CHTAEF) is a tax-exempt non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Caribbean tourism professionals and students in tourism and hospitality careers. Offering scholarships and career development, CHTAEF aims to raise awareness of industry opportunities.

Funded by corporate sponsorships, benefit auctions, and events, it administers one of the region's largest scholarship programs. Co-sponsorship options are open to Caribbean businesses, National Hotel Associations, and resorts.
