Hotel Food Waste Reduction Survey

Are you a General/Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, Food & Beverage Director, Catering Sales Director, or another member of hotel leadership with insight into your food operations? The World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the Center for Responsible Travel (CREST), and the Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism (CAST) want to hear from you! These organizations are partnering to understand the landscape of food waste reduction in the tourism industry through an important survey, directed to any Caribbean hotel or resort with food service. The deadline to complete the survey is May 15th, 2018.

Your thoughts and insights will be valuable in contributing to WWF’s continued work in the field of food waste reduction in the tourism industry, and opportunities will be available to further engage with WWF to reduce your property’s food waste if you so choose.
