How do I redeem an offer?
To redeem an offer, download your membership card and visit the website of the provider of the benefit you want. Please contact them directly through their site.
Where can I find my CHTA membership card?
After logging in to your CHTA account, locate your membership card on your profile. Once on your profile, click on "Quick Links>Membership Card" and then select "View/Print My Membership Card." If you have difficulty finding your membership card please contact us.
What types of Perks are available on the portal?
Perks Portal offers a variety of discounts and special offers from other CHTA members. These include Allied and Accommodation offers from 32 Caribbean destinations.
Is there a cost to use the portal?
No, Perks Portal is free for all valid CHTA members.
