Taste of the Caribbean is the region’s most recognized culinary competition. However, for food and beverage professionals Taste provides more than just an opportunity to showcase their culinary skills. It is an opportunities to learn for the best culinary professionals. In addition to the excitement of cheering on your favorite and seeing the creations of 14 Caribbean national teams, Taste offers educational sessions applicable to all those involved in food and beverage. The sessions will be led by experts from Johnson & Wales University, Angostura, Certified Angus Beef and US Meat Export Federation.
