St. Lucia’s “Together we are Stronger” Gala

The St. Lucia Hotel & Tourism Association is planning a black-tie fundraising Gala with proceeds to go to the islands most affected by the recent hurricanes. It is times like this, that we must come together as One Caribbean to support each other. The event, under the theme “Together we are Stronger”  is held in partnership with the Caribbean Society of Hospitality Association Executives (CSHAE, a regional organization which is part of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association) and will take place on Friday November 17th from 7pm. It will take the form of a cocktail reception, a 3-course dinner, auction and entertainment.

Some of the islands sustained much more damage than others and not only was their tourism industry affected, but the lives of the island’s residents. While they would have received some help from the international community, it will take them many years to get back to where they were before the storms.
