Taste of the Caribbean is one of the most prestigious culinary awards in the region. The only culinary competition where chefs and bartenders throughout the Caribbean are able to compete with one another in one arena. The competition evaluates competitors on an individual and group level. Below is a list of the overall winners of the 2018 Taste of the Caribbean Awards in each category:

- Seafood Competition: Radiance Modeste, British Virgin Islands
- Chocolate Competition: Rodney Corbin, Barbados
Special Awards
- Best Non Alcoholic Drink- Winner: Trinidad and Tobago
- Best Rum Drink – Winner: Bonaire
- Best Vodka Drink – Winner: St. Lucia
- Best Mystery Bar Drink, Sponsored by Angostura – Winner: Curacao
- Hans Schenk Commemorative Award for the Most Innovative Dish Utilizing Indigenous Ingredients – Winner: Hazen Rolle, Bahamas
- Tony Mack Spirit of the Competition: Caribbean Strong Team (Anguilla, BVI, Puerto Rico, USVI) and Bonaire
